Lea is an Instructional Technologist who enjoys figuring out how design, navigation, technology, and accessibility fit together to create smoother digital learning environments. Her professional work focuses on master course templates, visual design, learner-facing interfaces, LMS technology, accessibility, and reusable systems.

She holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Design & Technology from the University of Central Florida (2019–2026), which strengthens her understanding of how people learn.
